A “Safe Driver” is a member of the organsiation who drives clients to their preferred locations in their own vehicle.
The private driver’s responsibility is limited to driving the client to the place mentioned in the receipt/contract using their own car.
In any event, the organisation assumes no responsibility for fire, theft, or damage to personal belongings. It will not be held liable for any injuries caused by broken brakes or the unfortunate state of the vehicle or any of its parts.
The client committed to ensure that the vehicle is properly maintained and insured.
If any mishaps or accidents occur, the organization’s liabilities are restricted to those indicated in the car insurance contract in accordance with the UAE’s motor vehicle policy.
The maximum obligation of the organisation will be restricted to a fare refund.
The private driver has the authority to stop the car and terminate the service if the customer abuses him in any way that puts the client’s and the Safe Driver’s lives in jeopardy.
The Designated Driver will endeavour to make elective plans at the Company’s discretion if the vehicle breaks down during the trip or while in transit to the client destination. The unfinished component is not eligible for a discount.
The organisation does not accept liability or responsibility for missing appointments due to traffic congestion, vehicle malfunction, or potentially inclement weather.
The Company will not be liable for deficiencies in a Customer Vehicle that render it useless unless and until the same is proven and to the extent that it is caused by the Company’s ignorance.
If the Company pulls out of its destination to do so, it reserves the right to adjust charges. If a customer cancels or changes a reservation within one hour of the reservation time, the customer will be charged.
The Customer acknowledges that while the service is in progress, he or she will not cause any interruptions to ensure the safety of both himself and the personal driver.
Customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to the contract by acknowledging the assistance.
If the customer receives a fine or has a mishap/accident during our service, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after dropping off the vehicle. If the client fails to notify the incident within 7 days of the occurrence, we accept no responsibility for any misfortune, harm, adjustments, or delays, including criminal traffic offences.
